Customer Warranty

Disciple Shades sunglasses are warranted by Disciple Shades for two years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Disciple Shades will replace at our option, free of charge with proof of purchase, any Disciple Shades sunglasses found to be defective during the warranty period.

This warranty shall not apply to any defects or damages caused by improper or unreasonable use of the product. Disciple Shades lenses are not warranted against scratching however see LRG section.

All warranties that are implied by law are also limited for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

If They Are Under Warranty

Once we determine that your frames are under warranty, you will be charged a small shipping and processing fee of $9.95 (19.95 for Canadian customers) and a new pair will be sent to you.

If They Are Not Under Warranty

Once we determine that your frames are not under warranty, we can offer you the Good As New policy and your pair will be replaced with a new one at wholesale pricing (50% off retail) plus $6.95 shipping and handling ($19.95 for Canadian customers). Please send a check or money order for your fee. If you would like to pay by credit card please provide a daytime phone number or email address.
