Lens Replacement Guarantee

Through Disciple Shades, Lens Replacement consumers can opt to replace scratched lenses for a nominal shipping & handling fee of $9.95 directly through Disciple Shades. The LRG policy is subject to change without notification. Please contact Disciple Shades Customer Service @ 886 552-7309 for details on the LRG program including coverage and fees. To use the LRG, please send the lenses or entire sunglass product to:

In a protective box, include your name, address, phone number, and email as well as a check, money order or credit card # and a brief description of the problem. If you’re just sending lenses, please include the sunglass model name and number. We do not cover the shipping cost of the product being sent to us, but shipping for the replacement lenses back to you are included in the $9.95 fee.
